Return & Exchanges

We trust you're very happy with your new jewellery. However sometimes we know the person you're gifting hasn't got quite the same taste as you, or perhaps it's the wrong size!

  • To start a return process, please first be in touch with us on 09 443 2722 or via our contact form so we both get clear on the issue and the best steps forward.
  • You have 10 working days from the date of your online purchase to return full priced items, in new and unworn condition, for an in-store credit or exchange.  Cash or a refund via bank card will not, under most circumstances, be given.
  • Return items in their original brand boxes and/or packaging and with all original tags and booklets if applicable. e.g. in the case of a watch.
  • Please package the jewellery safely so the item will not suffer damage in transit as the liability lies with you should the item arrive to us damaged, in which case a refund or exchange may not be given. You incur the freight cost.

Damaged or Defective Jewellery

Should a piece of jewellery that we send you be damaged or defective, please call us within 7 days of purchase to discuss the process for returning and repairs. Any issues will be assessed on a case by case basis.
